Hunter Band Collective
About
HITSRIGHT is a small local music company behind Colour Theory, Aubrey, Hot Damn and Still Slaps — live bands based around Newcastle and the Hunter.
Why more than one band?
Different nights call for different sounds. Some want a polished rock and pop wedding set. Others want neo-soul without the cheese, horns on the dance floor, or a night that stays locked on the 90s.
Rather than trying to make one band cover every brief, HITSRIGHT brings together a small group of projects with their own musical personalities.
Different sounds, different personalities, built around the same close-knit crew of musicians.
Finding the right band
This is a selective roster, not a giant entertainment agency. If you already know which band you want, you can go straight to them. If you are not sure, start with HITSRIGHT — tell us about the event and we will help narrow it down.
Good music, people who like playing together, and straightforward communication.
